Q. What is your billing policy?
A. Data
Transformation Corp. bills you for your monthly subscription service
in advance of your service period. The amount you are billed is based
on the number of users that have access to the application. You can
choose to pay by credit card, check or wire transfer. We bill the
first day of the month. Payment is due to DCLS Plus 2.0 on the first
day of the service start period. Our terms are "net 30" from
the invoice date.

can I change my billing information?

In order to change your billing contact/payment
information, have the main contact in your office
contact the Billing Department at (301) 587-4580 or
by emailing billing@dclsplus.net.

When is payment due on my account?
A. Your
payment is due to be received by us on or before the first day of the
service period.

Do you accept automatic payments?
A.
Yes, we accept moneyGram. Please call the Billing
Department to setup your account.
