Q. How do I sign up for DCLS Plus 2.0 ?
A. Most users will sign up online, right on the DCLS Plus 2.0 Web site. The process is completely safe and secure. Additionally, if you prefer, you can also sign up with us over the phone. Sales and support representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time at 866-GET-DCLS (866-438-3257) or email sales@dtcss.com.

Q. How do I get access to DCLS Plus 2.0 ?
A. Because DCLS Plus 2.0 is an online service, there is no hardware or software to buy, install or maintain. Just point your Microsoft Internet Explorer browser (version 6.0 or higher) to the login page and login.

Q. What system requirements are needed for DCLS Plus 2.0 ?
A. Since DCLS Plus 2.0 applications are accessed through the Internet via a Web browser and require no modifications or upgrades to your existing environment All you need is a computer or an alternative device that can run a Web browser. However, to improve your online experience, we do require you to have a browser version that is equal to or greater than 6.0 for Microsoft Internet Explorer and has a high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable). Your computer’s operating system should have either  Windows XP or Vista installed.

Because there is no hardware, software, or network equipment to purchase, and the application is accessed through a standard Web browser, your IT department will not need to implement or maintain the DCLS Plus 2.0 solution!  

Q. What is Broadband?

A. Broadband is another term for high-speed Internet access. DCLS Plus requires a connection of at least 128 Kbps upload speed, which most broadband providers offer. You can get broadband access via ISDN line, DSL, cable modem, T1, or T3 networking.

 
Q. How do I know if my connection is fast enough?

A. Try testing your connection by visiting DSL Reports <http://www.dslreports.com/tools> . To use DCLS Plus, your test results should show a minimum upload speed of 100 Kbps.

Q. Is any training required to learn to use DCLS Plus 2.0 ?
A. DCLS Plus 2.0 is designed to be easy to learn and can be used also immediately. Our customers find that using DCLS Plus 2.0 is similar to using other web-based applications - extremely intuitive and user friendly. If you know how to use the Web, you will know how to use DCLS Plus 2.0.

Q. Is training available if I need it ?
A. Yes. While DCLS Plus 2.0 system comes ready to use as a “turn-key” system, all users are required to be trained to maximize their productivity.  We offer a complementary web-based training at no charge.  Web training sessions run less than one hour and cover typical usage by a user. The sessions are held through the Internet, conveniently allowing you to participate right from your office.  DTC also offers several other training programs to fit your needs. If you wish to visit our facility in Silver Spring, MD there is no charge to be trained one-on-one with one of our instructors. If you prefer one of our instructors to train your staff at your location, please call the Business Development team at 866-438-3257 for additional information.

Q. What platforms do I need to have in order to run DCLS Plus 2.0 ?
A. Since Data Transformation Corporation’s data center hosts the application; all you need is a computer or an alternative device that can run a Web browser.
