The Accounts
Module is the first step towards building a DCLS
Plus database. The Account Distribution Algorithm
process associates each account with a collector.
Accounts can be reassigned to different users and the
Account file upload gives you the flexibility of
uploading information instead of your having to enter
each claim manually.

This
information on the Collection Account
Worksheet displays details from a particular
account, and offers the option to carry out
different collection activities. Also from this screen
you can access added value services such as
skip-tracing and credit bureaus
|
The
Alarm List automatically reminds the
user of any upcoming events associated with the Collection
and Litigation Module. For example broken promises,
date for a court hearing, pre-trial hearing or when
a trial expiration is near. |

User
Maintenance allows the administrator to specify a
users access and available options for module access,
such as the following modules: Accounts, Collections,
Finance, Litigation and Reports. |

The
Litigation Module allows you to
generate legal reports as well as perform legal events
and processes against debtors. The legal history
which can be accessed from the legal case worksheet
gives you a detailed workflow on all activities
that were performed on a particular account and will
display activity from pre-judgment to post judgment |

Audit
Trail can be found in the Finance Module.
The Transaction Details gives you quick look of
all transactions and payment descriptions to any
account once requested information has been entered.
Transaction Summary & Transaction Information can be
gathered from an account as well
